Since concrete is very porous, it would take a lot of product to see any significant benefit on unpainted concrete. Painted concrete is also porous, but you might notice some hydrophobicity over time. MAXEasy won't make the concrete slick because there are no lubricants in the product, so it won't create an artificial slickness.
