Can I use MAXRemove in a foam cannon?Updated 25 days ago

Short Answer:

Yes. MAXRemove works extremely well in a foam cannon. You can use a foam cannon to cover the entire vehicle quickly, lift abrasives, and loosen contaminants before you touch the paint. A dilution of 4:1 of water and MAXRemove is a great starting point, and using a stronger mix will produce thicker foam and even better cleaning performance.

Why MAXRemove Works So Well in a Foam Cannon

MAXRemove is powered by Acidless Acid, an advanced cleaning technology that gives you the strength and effectiveness of an acid-based cleaner without the harmful side effects of real acid. Acidless Acid breaks down and dissolves heavy contaminantsbrake dust, iron deposits, water spots, grime, and the abrasive particles that cause micro-scratching. Because of this, MAXRemove is designed for maximum cleaning performance first, and foam production second.

When used in a foam cannon, Acidless Acid™ spreads evenly over the entire surface and immediately begins breaking down contaminants. This means you can safely prep the vehicle before touching it, greatly reducing the chances of scratching your paint during the wash process.

Although MAXRemove does foam nicely, it is not meant to be a “foam show” product. Its purpose is to remove abrasives, strip away contamination, and clean the surface at a very high level. Foam cannons simply help spread MAXRemove across the vehicle efficiently, especially on larger cars, trucks, RVs, or heavily contaminated vehicles.

MAXRemove preps the surface so that the rest of the MAXL Method works better, safer, and more effectively.

A 4:1 dilution (four parts water to one part MAXRemove) works extremely well for most foam cannons, giving you strong cleaning power and good foam thickness. If you want heavier foam or more aggressive cleaning, you can increase the concentration. The higher the concentration, the thicker the foam will be and the faster the contaminants will break down.
