MAXRemove Dilution Ratios and How to StoreUpdated a month ago
Initial Setup
- Removing the Cap: When you first receive MAXRemove, it comes with a white cap. Remove this cap before use but save it to use for storage since it is a special vented cap.
- Dilution Process:
- Use a dilution bottle such as the MAXL Dilution Bottle.
- Follow the dilution ratios provided on the back of the bottle or the chart below.
- Always add water to the dilution bottle first, up to the indicated measurement, then add the product. This prevents foaming and ensures accurate dilution.
Usage | Raito* |
Difficult Stains, Water Spots | Full Concentrate |
Wheels, Surface Prep | 1:1 (1 Part Water, 1 Part MAXRemove) |
General Maintenance (Most Popular) | 4:1 (4 Parts Water, 1 Part MAXRemove) |
Using the Pop Cap
- Replace the white cap with the provided pop cap for easier pouring into the dilution bottle.
Storage Instructions
- Bottle Storage:
- Store the main bottle with either the original white cap or the pop cap securely in place.
- Ensure the cap is tightly closed to prevent leakage due to temperature changes.
- Spray Bottle Storage:
- When using the spray head, always turn the nozzle to the 'off' position after use.
- It’s recommended to empty the spray trigger after each use. This can be done by spraying until the chemical is fully dispensed.
- Optionally, run water through the spray head to ensure it’s clean.
- Store the spray bottle with the cap tightly sealed to avoid pressure build-up and potential leakage.
Handling Temperature Swings
- Temperature fluctuations can cause pressure build-up in the bottles, leading to leaks. Ensure all caps and triggers are tightly sealed to mitigate this issue.
By following these steps, you can ensure the longevity and effectiveness of your MAX Remove product while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
