What do I do if I receive the wrong item/wrong product in my order?Updated 2 months ago

To help us better understand what went wrong, please send over pictures of the label, the bottom of the box it arrived in (looking for box dimensions and "packed by" sticker), and a pic of exactly what was included.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll resolve the situation as best we can!
