Contact Us and Provide Photos
- As soon as you notice that your product is damaged, please contact our customer support team. We will need pictures to file claim with the shipping company and to help us assess the damage and improve our shipping process. Please provide us with a few photos:
- A picture of the box that the damaged product arrived in, especially the damaged areas where it was mishandled.
- Pictures of all the labels and stickers on the box so we can make sure we have all the information and don't miss anything.
- A picture of the damaged product itself.
- Once we receive your photos and information, we will work to make things right!
